Apartment for 2 persons: small kitchen, extendable couch, king size bed, corner bench, bath with toilet and shower, wardrobe, television, towels, dishes, bed clothes, coffee machine, terrace with garden furniture and a beautiful view on the lake of Zell.

Apartment for 4-6 persons: seperate kitchen, toilet and shower, wardrobe, living room with double bed, dining area, television, seperate bedroom with double bed,towels, dishes, bed clothes, coffee machine, balcony with garden furniture with a view to the Zeller See.

Rules of the house:

To ensure that all our guest feel comfortable and cosy in our house we would please you to quit smoking in our flat. Due to the high position of our farm (900 square meters) we would recommend you to use chain wheels for you car. Furthermore we would like to mention, that house pets aren’t allowed on our farm.
